Dickson New Analytical Study Bible
The Dickson New Analytical Study Bible became quite popular after it was first released in 1931 by John A. Dickson. It has gone through many different printings in the last 80 years, but for some reason it is no longer in print. Because of its original release date, the Dickson Study Bible is now believed to be in the public domain. Part of the allure of this study Bible was its text. It contained the King James Version, but also contained (in brackets) any significant differences from the text of the American Standard Version of 1901. It also contained more than 800 pages of study helps including a Bible dictionary and concordance, something that was unique when it was first released. Now, copies of this Bible can be found on ebay for over $150, even if they are not in the best of conditions. We are now working on a project, making this Bible available in electronic format in readable text. When this project is completed, it will be made available in a reformatted pdf, as well as in e-Sword format. This project is in its infancy, but as parts are completed, it will be noted below.
